Local Pickup Only
To ensure every spider arrives healthy and stress-free, we are currently offering local pickup only from our Phoenix studio. Arizona summer temperatures make shipping unsafe for our spiders, so we've temporarily paused shipping until cooler weather returns.

Pickup Timing
Your spider will be prepared and ready for pickup within 48 hours of a confirmed order. Please plan to pick up within 48–72 hours after receiving your confirmation. Need more time? Just reply to your confirmation email and we'll happily work with you.
Returns
Live animals are non-returnable. Unused enclosure products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
