Shipping & policies.

We ship juvenile and adult Bold jumpers via overnight, insured carrier inside the continental United States. Spiders ship Monday–Wednesday in temperature-safe windows only — if forecasted temperatures at origin or destination fall outside 40–90°F, we delay shipment for safety.

Each spood is packed with insulated padding, a humidity-balanced vial, and (when needed) a heat or cool pack. Shipping is a flat $50 per spider.

Every spider is guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. If something is wrong, send photos within 2 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

Local pickup is free. After checkout we'll reach out to arrange a meetup time at a mutually-convenient Phoenix location.

Enclosures ship within 5–10 business days via UPS Ground with full tracking. Larger custom orders may take longer — we'll communicate timelines at checkout.

Unused enclosures may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping non-refundable). Live animals are non-returnable, but covered by our live arrival guarantee.
